Thank you so much for the link Hummingbird. I was in town today and asked at Hancock but they did not have any. I may have to oder some one of these days, just to give it a try.
Again, the quilt is so cute and looks so warm and cuddly. You did a wonderful job.

I have found with Minkee, that if you use the 505 adhesive spray on it, then lay the batting down, smooth it out, then spray the batting, then spread the top down, and place a few safety pins throughout, that the minkee won't shift around.

SAD NEWS - my friend absolutely loved the quilt and kept it. So NOW I guess I'll have to make me my own, lol.

Ollie - the binding is satin blanket binding. It's usually located right next to the zippers and thread and seam binding in the sewing department. It comes on a card with about 4 3/4 yards on it but I used about 1 1/2 cards of it. It comes in lots of different colors and the babies just love it.
