That's such a pretty quilt and I love the colors you chose. I'll bet your DD is very proud of her quilt...just as you should be. Great job!

Great looking quilt. I just love the label. Did you make it yourself? Nice keepsake for your daughter, I would have loved to have something like this from my mother.

I've made all the blocks in the Egg Money book, so I know the work that went into this - and the colors are perfect.

Thanks for all the compliments. Someone asked if it was hard to make. Not really. Although I think the toughest block for me was the Turkey tracks; trying to get the points right. I also did not do the Peony block because I thought I would have trouble with it (I'm not great with applique.) so I used the 13th block instead. The label was purchased at JoAnns Fab. Just color it with perm fab ink and write your message and sew it on. Now my other daughter wants a quilt. she's already picked out the blocks she wants me to make.

Great quilt. I need to finish my egg money quilt. It is one of my UFO'S.

Oh Lawanna, that's beautiful! I love making things for my kids. Someday I hope I will be making wedding and baby quilts for them...

What a wonderful job you did. The colors blend well and the quilt is beautiful.
