Thank you all for "admiring" my efforts again. I finished it and sent it to my friend who had moved to Georgia. She sent me a picture of it hanging on a tall wall above the doorway into her kitchen. She says that way she sees it and thinks of me every time she goes into the kitchen.

Since then I have been practicing machine quilting on 3 baby quilts I am making. I will post them as I finish them. Does anyone have suggestions on how to take pictures so that the quilting detail shows up?
