QuiltLady, I was just looking again at your beautiful stained glass quilt, and was wondering... When you made the rounded (curved?) areas on the top part of the quilt, did you piece the curved seams before adding the bias strips, or did you just let them overlap a little bit and then join them through the process of adding the bias strips? Or, did you do sort of "raw edge applique" and then cover the edges with the bias strip? And, how did you secure the bias strips?
