Ladies, I’m looking for advice. I’ve started a new project recently and I’ll need to sew an application made of leather for it. My sewing machine is Janome HD3000, I bought it recently, and from what I found some people say that it’s working perfectly with leather, some people claim that it’s not. Does anybody tried to quilt with it? I’d like to hear your opinion.
Here's the article where it's said that it's ok for a leather: https://wisepick.org/best-sewing-machin ... r-leather/ and the manual says so. But here I've found "you should avoid working with leather" statement: https://www.seworbit.com/janome-hd3000- ... ne-review/
I'm confused

Re: Working with leather
Your variant is not bad, but I can recommend another one. Most of all the sewing machines for leather, I liked the Singer Heavy Duty 4423 from
