How to quilt a tenessee waltz quilt -questions
I am getting ready to FM quilt this - but wondering what you guys think if I just used stipple or meander quilting in the snowball patch? I already stitched around the star blocks (the curved lines). I know most of these quilts have a stencil pattern in the snowball, but I have not done that yet, and since this is a gift for a good friend, I am afraid to try it. I do however know how to stipple or meander. Would it look funny to do that? Or would it still look OK to meander the entire quilt, even with the other part straight stitched?
I did order a couple of stencils, but I am afraid to try it. So just wondering and hoping for some advice. Thanks, Joan
