Voyager 17 Long Arm up down needle adjustment

Post by babagrannyt » Tue Feb 17, 2015 7:04 am

This morning when I started to quilt the up down needle was going crazy...extremely fast. I looked in the manual and it said to adjust with the small screw on the front of the circuit box. I started to do that but when the screwdriver touched the screw it fell down into the circuit box which is totally enclosed. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you have to do. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi and welcome :-) I would unplug it and try a magnet, not sure if this helps. I hope you got it out.
