I am machine quilting using a Pfaff Creative Vision, sometimes the stitches do not close properly on the backing! Using a quilting needle! This so frustrating when I'm. Trying to quilt my quilt top! HELP

Call your dealer - they are very good at troubleshooting these types of problems - I have a Pfaff Creative Vision too and my dealer is wonderful.
