Nustyle in Missouri
Has anyone ever tried this long-arm quilting machine? If so, what did you think? It may be in my price range, and close enough in geographic distance that I could go pick it up...but it's still a lot of money.

Thanks for the clarification Littlebit, I was talkinga bout the NuStyle. What is the HQ 16? Can I take a look at it online? To answer your question, I live NW of Topeka.

I found the HQ16 website and did some browsing. This looks like a possibility for me. Does anyone have one? If so, what do you think of it?

There's also that new one that just came out at MQS in May - the Innova. They have an 18" & 26" on the frames. Very good stitch regulator on those.
And the Bailey too. They don't have a stitch regulator but I think they're working on one. They have a 13" & 15" but you would have to get a frame for it. The Hinterberg stretch frame would accomodate it. Hinty stretch sells for $899 plus shipping.
google all these & they should come up.

ZZ - I just had my HQ16 setup yesterday, so I am in the learning curve, loving it so far - seems to be fairly easy to load a quilt and thread the machine, just have to get use to the movement. Several of the girls on this website have them. Bennett's in Topeka have them if you would want to try one, but I highly suggest that you shop around for the best price )
