I ordered this today, I can't wait to get it. Here is a video of it being used. I think it will be a great help with my machine quilting and good for my hands too.

I ordered it from purpledaisiesllc.com

The Halo came, it looks too simple to really work but I am very pleased with it. It's a heavy enough to hold the quilt firmly but easy to move. I practiced for several hours and my hands did not
hurt or feel stiff. On the video I thought she said the halo would have handles but it doesn't.

I got a reply about the handles:

Hi,
We tryed it with the handles and they just got in the way.
We made the halo larger so that it would be easier to hold on to.
Thanks
Sharon

That's fantastic. Still don't know if I could do it.

This reminds me...I took a machine quilting class a couple of years ago and the instructor had us buy a plastic hoop about the size of the halo (like you would use in needlepoint) and we used it to quilt small sections at a time. She swore by it because it took away the fatigue of quilting-even a large quilt. The halo looks better because you don't have the underneath piece that you have to screw on. I hope you let us know how you like it after trying it out. Anything to make quilting more enjoyable sounds great to me! Thanks for sharing your find!

Looks very interesting. Let us know how you make out with it. I like the way it holds the fabric tight.
