MaryQ this was SO much fun to do and to get. Put me down for next year. This time I also have a better idea how to go about it to make it more personal. Thank you so much for hosting this.

Deb (dsf618) really outdid herself! In fact, I think I am the "luckiest girl in the whole USA"!!!!
Deb had enclosed eight fat quarters of the most yummy purple fabrics and wrapped inside two of the fat quarters were two lovely ceremic ornaments with the cutest teddy bear angels pictured on the front of them! I also received an awesome pattern book ("Comfort and Joy") filled with ideas for beautiful Christmas quilts. I didn't have this book and have been 'absorbing' it since I opened my Secret Santa package!!! Presently it's by my reading chair! Also by my reading chair is the other book Deb gave me: "The Quilt of Life". It is a book filled with devotional thoughts. I am sure this book will become a favorite of mine. In fact, a quilting friend of mine was just telling me about this book last week and had recommended it to me..... and now I have my very own copy! But the most impressive gift in my package was a homemade Christmas wall hanging. It is absolutely stunning! The stitching and workmanship is exquisite, Deb! Is this your handiwork? It is truly an impressive and gorgeous wall decoration. I have a place on my dining room wall I plan to hang it for all to see and enjoy!
Yep... I am the "luckiest girl in the whole USA"! Thank you so much for your generosity and thoughtfulness, Deb!
Hugs~ Marcia
