I don't know Alice. Has she been posting in other threads or has she dropped off the board, so to speak? Is there a way to check?

I would really like to do the one by BackPorch Designs. It looks similar to Drunkards path and uses only 6 fat quarters for each lap quilt. But, I haven't been able to find it around here.

I'm waiting to see what the fat quarters look like and I might try log cabins with a fussy cut center. And use different backings so they won't get them mixed up since they are brothers. They are my oldest brothers grandsons and only about a years difference in their ages. My niece wanted them close together.

Evie - Which pattern are you looking for? I just bought and am waiting for Crazy Curves from Amazon, it is only $14.93 through them, that is the cheapest I have found it. I will be ordering her templates after I receive the book to find out which ones I need, here is her website

Littlebit, that's the one I'm thinking about. I saw her make this on QuiltersTV.com It looked easy.

Let me know which templates are needed. In the meantime I will email stores close to here to see if they have it.

Thanks for the website.

Sounds like you ladies are ready for those FQ's ! Got the patterns all picked out. At least I am that far with the swap, too. I have my pattern ready to go. I'm going to try the Flannel Flinders # 207 by Pine Tree Lodge Designs.

No word on or from Alice so I will start sorting tomorrow and get them out to you on Wednesday!
Have a great evening!
