HugANurse just go with the one you like the best. Maybe you need to set it aside for a few days and then go back to it. Sometime that helps with making a decission on color and fabric.

Littlebit - you aren't driving me nuts, but you do have me confused.

I can't have two bottom stips!! Put the blue in #3, and the darker tan geometric in #2?

Let me know, and I will try it.

zfatcat, you are right. I need to put it aside and look at it later. I will do the moving around for Littlebit, but I don't like the light blue. I am leaning towards the 6 or 9 o'clock positions.

My biggest problem is I don't have a lot of confidence in my color choices. Sometimes I just have to fiddle with fabric scraps until I see something I like. That is what happened with this square. The first one was really pale.

Thanks to all for your help.

Bobbi - Do what makes you happy - I tend to over analyze things, and I am sorry if I'm confusing you and driving you right up the wall! Get to feeling better and take care of yourself

How about the 6 oclock with the tan from 3 oclock...

Ladybess, that is one of the options that Littlebit suggested also. I like it. I don't know what I would do without everyone's suggestions and all your help. Maybe I will catch on to this "color thing" one of these days.

Here is February's block. This is my Thimbleberries one. Still trying to pick out fabric from the 1800's. It really was not difficult for the the most part. Picking the fabric was the hardest. Hope to see some others up here soom

I love it - maybe I will work on mine this weekend. I still haven't finished January yet, and I won't tonight - have about 3 hours of paperwork!
