Very nice Ladybess - I just love how every block looks with different fabric.
We I'm fine with the February block - looks pretty simple, as long as I set the triangles right the first time! lol

I did two blocks over the weekend. Like Ladybess - did a lot of ripping or as I call it "reverse sewing". After the August block, the January block was a breeze. I am not sure I like the colors I chose for January - looks sort of pale compared to August.

I love that blue. Is that the indigo? I gotta get some of that! I will post the sample of February on the 16th. I think a few don't have their first one done yet.

WeSig, I am feverishly working on my mom's birthday quilt and it will be finished soon. Then I plan to catch up on the BOM's I'm in. Ya'll go ahead and stay on the schedule you've set and I'll catch up with you. I love the pics of the blocks that've been posted, they're so pretty!

Looks good Bobbi - I think I agree with you on your January block, just needs a bit more color in the center

WeSig, yes, this is the Irrisitable Indigo I was telling you about. I just love it.

Littlebit, am glad someone else thinks January is a bit pale. I think I will do one of the light blues in the center, see how it looks. Thanks. I often think people are afraid to express an opinion because they do not want to hurt anyone's feelings. But I asked for an opinion - I am not good with colors, I agonize over my choices and am gratful for any and all suggestions.

Hug a Nurse - now that I actually look at the block. I agree, a blue tone somewhere between that dark and light might do wonders for that block. I think the yellow on mine is a bit bright. Doing two sets, one in Thimbleberries and one in 1800. I don't think that was the original yellow I picked but none the less it is there. Trying to choose fabric for the Feb one. Got the thimbleberry but it's the 1800 that seems to be hard.
