I was looking at the book yesterday, and wondering what fabric to use. Any ideas on color?

I am going through my 1800 fabrics and matching them as close as possible to the ones in the book using color and print. If I were not going to use 1800, then I would still try to match color. Just be sure the ie: green you choose looks well with the yellow and so on. Or, you can just use whatever is pleasing to you.

Off the topic: GeorgiaPeach & all: Another way to copy & paste is if you have 'windows'. Up on the top left of your screen you should see
File Edit View Favorites Tools Help
Click on each of these & it brings down a second menu. Under edit it says Cut, Copy, Paste (each on their own line) Higlight what you want to copy hit copy under edit, go to the spot where you want to copy it to then click on the area so the blinking line (cursor) shows up then go to edit and hit 'paste'. If you hit cut it will remove whatever you have highlighted. I find this easier as I can never remember to use the alt or ctrl key with the c & v. Try it in other parts of your computer like a wordprocessor, it works the same. S

Time to update the list. If your name is not here, I think you can edit and add it. Otherwise let me know.

Count me in! I already have the book and have decided on the fabric to use. August 1st is a great starting date.

I found my fabric - Irresistable Indigo by Connecting Threads. It is new and I am going to do it in the indigo and tan. I think I ordered enough for 6 quilts! LOL

Oh well, when I find something I like, I go goofy (as if I am not already.)
