Lori, it's why I keep you around, you are brilliant! I ordered the template from Amazon and for zero shipping, it will be here on Wednesday. In the meantime, I will sew some strips together and be ready. I'll sit in my chair looking out the window watching for the UPS truck with my rotary cutter in hand. ha ha, now that image is stuck in your head.

MZ, I have a few dresden rulers and none are the same, go figure. Never thought of getting out my egg money book. Smart thinking girl.

Val, I got your back.

Chriss, you might have a few things to do before it gets there. So you can put the rotary cutter down for a bit. lol

That's awesome Chriss. Now you don't have to sit staring out the window with your rotary cutter in hand. lol. And it wasn't me.

Valerie, I have a question.
I bought a jelly roll for this project. What's the status of prewashing if it's a jelly roll? I don't think I should. Is anyone else using a jelly roll?

Lyn do not prewash a jelly roll you will have a mess. And number 2 if you use the whole jelly roll you will have a whole quilt!

Gee I leave for a few hours to go earn a few bucks and look what happens!

Lois I am so happy you have joined us. We so miss you but I know you have many other projects in the works.

Maryq thanks for posting for her.

Lori oh thank you for having my back especially since Chriss is sitting there with Rotary cutter in her hand. Boy she's a wild one. 🤣

Has she put it down yet? I should get mine in hand and make one more!

Lyn, I never wash anything.

Valerie, was it you ? Yes, I have put the rotary cutter down. I have to say, I put the template that came from Amazon against the template I tried to draw and it was pretty close, but not exact.

I'm thankful for the template. Since no one is confessing I will pay it forward. Thank you, I am blessed to have my life so full of so many kind generous people.

I found my dresden plate template from MSQC, LOL I forgot I had that one, I have another brand too.
I don't wash precuts Lyn, it makes them unravel really badly.
I'm using jelly roll strips. I love everyone's!
