Valerie, the purple was a remnant that I got from Hobby Lobby.
Lori, it is a Holt pattern. My first actually. I'm not comfortable with pieces smaller than 2 1/2 inches and surprised myself. All these years of sporadic sewing and I am finally stepping outside of my box.

I am traveling at the moment still but will be home late Saturday, April 29. I wanna play too! No idea what flower yet. Don’t forget Eleanor has a book out – in fact I think two books, older books of flowers. I think one is called grandmothers flower garden but I’m not sure what the other one is and it’s been many years since I did my quilts from those books but if remember correctly, many of the flowers you are all mentioning I think are in One or the other of those books

Hey Girls
I got one lotto block done yesterday... so here it is.
Found the pattern on Pinterest.
Am still debating about making the same pattern in other colors and googling around for some more different patterns. The pattern was for a 6.5" block, but I just figured out to make it bigger. And boy-oh-boy, am I patting myself on the back for those matching points!
