WOW 🤩! Love ❤️ all the wonderful fabrics in the blocks. Will make a wonderful quilt!!!

Working on cutting some 5” charms to catch up on a charm swap then I will play with some fabrics to make at least 2 blocks. Though the best laid plans sometimes get knock backwards as in Rob was so kind as to give me his cold on top of pneumonia so I am really tired, coughing, sneezing etc and sleeping.
This to will pass. Need to get healthy for the cruise at the end of May.

Prayers for you all to keep warm and safe in the midst of this crazy weather.

Teresa sorry to hear you are sick. But at least Rob is sharing. Where is your cruise to?

TERESA - sorry your sick. Again? Still? Be well soon!

VAL - 7 blocks! Yay! And all different, too!

MARY Q - I checked back to page 1 and I think my blocks arrived early. The PO said it would be today. Yay for the PO!

I was just reading back through some hints. Something that hasn't been mentioned is the type of thread you use. A heavier thread will take up more room in the seam and make your block smaller. Also make sure you are pressing the seams all the way open. I use Aurifil thread exclusively. I found this on the internet: "Aurifil 50wt Cotton is thin yet surprisingly strong, creating accurate and flat seams, making a difference when it comes to find the perfect size blocks."

Also using a product such as Best Press will help your block to lay flatter which can spread it out a bit more

Got my squares in the mail this morning and Mary you should get them Friday, I found jelly roll works great for this type of square. I found material for 8 squares this month. KathyR

The purple and blue are from leftover jelly roll projects. KathyR

VAL - great hints! I never think of Best Press even though a spray bottle of it sits right next to all the action!

KATHY - love all your colors! I couldn't decide if I wanted my strips of each color to be in order of hue, lightest to darkest, or just however they fell. I finally went with mixing up the hues. I'm glad to see most everyone else did, too!

CHRISS - you bet this is going to be a cool quilt. Maybe if you win, it could be your donation to the charity project you are working on . . .
