Thought I better check in so you don't think I fell off the face of the earth.

I really haven't done much with mine yet... though I have the pieces traced and fused. My neighbor with the fancy embroidery machine is going to help me with the faces on my dollies (is that cheating? ) and she's been out of town.

I could show you the sample one, but I don't like it, so I won't

But rest assured I'll be getting them done in plenty of time!

Maryq, love the idea of your neighbor helping you learn a new way, awesome. I love learning too. There's so many ways to do the faces, did you see on pinterest the drawn/ painted faces? Soooooo cute but out of my league LOL

FINALLY got the fabrics decided. I had one red but then found the candy canes, they're more kid like. Also found a couple other greens, but ended up staying with my original green. Tina will be happy, since I have sent her several photos.

I want to warn y'all NOT to buy this fusible interfacing. I don't remember where I picked it up, but it tears very easily. I have the majority of my pieces traced out on this. Luckily I found a better quality in the Art Bin box that had last year's Christmas swap fabrics. So, I'm off to trace templates onto the good stuff.
