Now I have to start working down so I get the look I want.

Then I'll place the top part on last to give it the look I want.
I touch each piece with the iron as I go so I'm not fighting them moving and then I'll iron the whole thing, let it cool and then loosen it carefully and situate it where I want it to be on my background fabric. Then it's ready to sew. Tina

Valerie, mine is a Fons&Porter Pressing Sheet, I got it at Joann's years ago. It's like a plastic-ie sheet. You can see through it, you lay your pattern under it so you can see your pattern placements.
I'll text you a pic of the package. It's in all the pics, it's a beige see through color.

You can also use parchment paper if you don't have a pressing sheet.
