I am going to give this a try. I found a small piece of a gray speckled looking fabric. Not sure how many I can do until I start cutting into it.

Here are my blocks. I shocked myself actually. I didn't even remember that I had some of these little pieces. See, it's a great way to use up our bits and pieces.

Oooo great fabrics! I can hear the rain and lightening strikes.
I found some raindrop fabric for the background so I’m in. Will post my first one soon. Had to do some modifications as in a scant 1/4” seam as I didn’t cut big enough. Silly me.
