WELCOME to November's Lotto!!! I remember this time of year always going to my Aunt's home for Thanksgiving and they would come to our home for Christmas
Can't think of a better way than to make some houses for us to travel to. This is another quick block to make so I hope you have lots of FUN remembering the great times of this season and ALWAYS playing with many different FESTIVE fabrics!!!BLOCK: 4.5" x 6.5" Jenny Lane Small House and Stars (see Below)
There are 3 houses and a Tree in this pattern. We are making the SMALL house BUT ...
I just LOVE the Tablerunner that goes with this pattern sooooooo ... If you SEW wish to make this a combined block (Stars and Small House blocks) this month please feel free to do so and I will combine the blocks for the winners. Do Not feel any pressure to do so. It will be YOUR CHOICE
FABRICS: Scrappy Fabrics with emphasis on Fall changing to Christmas;
- - White on Whites for Background; Fall and Winter/Christmas Tone on Tones and/or Small Prints
I was thinking about the weather that happens between November and December. Some places are Fall, some Winter and ALL Christmas. That will be a give us a great variety. Your door could even be a peek into your Christmas

PLEASE WATCH FIRST. THIS IS NOT A FORGIVING BLOCK so cut a tick BIGGER or watch your trimming.
You will see she does a lot of trimming to make her sections. WHEN you start CUTTING please watch the sections you don't NEED to trim until the end. In doing it this way you will just need to line up the point of the FG to the middle of the door. THIS will give you some breathing room. WATCH YOUR 1/4" seams. MAKE A SAMPLE FIRST.
