Hello ALL
Yes I received my Christmas Blocks and they are delightfully festive. You all have such great instincts in choosing fabrics. It will be a joy making a quilt using these blocks. I don't have some names on the blocks so ... whoever made the center star - It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! THANK YOU!!!
I think now I have enough blocks to make about 5 king size quilts. I am really hoping, as always to get moving making some quilts to be loved with them all.
Thank you TINA for such an awesome Swap!!!!
Sooooooooo Now come Secret Santa, Yes????????

Teresa, the center big star was made by MaryRose. The gingerbread by me, I forgot to put my label on.
Looking forward to seeing some quilts!

Here is my Christmas Swap quilt layout with sashing. Need to put a border on, but will have to wait till I finish another project. Might need to send out for quilting as it is getting larger by the day. This pic is taken on my clothes line and the lines are bit saggy causing the wrinkle .

Linda love what you've done with the Christmas blocks! How big is your quilt with the borders you've put on? Just curious!

Linda that turned out great! I am amazed at how you were able to fit everything together so quickly. What is your finished size?

Linda, what a fantastic layout! I love it! What size are you going to have when you're finished, or do you know yet?

Right now it measures 57 inches wide by 64 inches long/tall. I'm still going to add a 3 or 3.5 border so will be about 6 inches wider and longer.
First thing I did was to make all the blocks edges either 3 1/2, 6 1/2, 9 1/2, 12 1/2 or 15 1/2 etc, etc. This makes it easier to match them side by side. I had to trim a few and add a bit to a few to get them to space right with the sashing (2 1/2.)
All the blocks are soooo nice!!! Everyone did a great job!!!
Again, THANK YOU TINA!!!
P.S. Thank you Lynn!
