These blocks were so darn cute and easy weren't they? 12 blocks each will make a little lap quilt---or you can whip up a few more and make it bigger! I'll get them to the PO ASAP--probably today as I'm headed out today to pick up taxes .



Oh Oh… I forgot to tell you all, that I'll be going to Canada on March 23 and coming home on April 2nd... So I won't be able to draw names until the 3rd or so. I think I'll have the PO hold my mail while I'm so I won't be able to pick up anything until then.
Am taking my IPAD to Canada, so hopefully I'll be able to check in while I'm there!

Here's March Lotto! Even if you're not Irish you can join!

Super Easy Block to make:
Directions: Make 4 6.5" HST
sewing them together as an hour glass
Then Snow ball each corner with a 2.5" square.
(dark on light, light on dark)

Fabrics should be Irish greens. For lights please avoid plain whites. if you have something that's light with a sprinkle of green... that would be great.

Remember it's 1 ticket for each block and 1 ticket for each binding strip. And don't forget to throw in a couple bucks for postage. So far, it's coming out just fine that I have enough money to mail back winnings! Thank you all so much!

Oh now I see it, was having a hard time finding the half square triangle. They are hiding under the snowball. I was seeing hourglass with strips around it! LOL! I do have some greens so I will try to get some done in between the Elephant that is sitting on my shoulder.

I found some leftover 6-1/2" green & white HST's and matching scraps! I have a head start! How lucky is that?! lol!
