I'm going to have to sit this one out. My to do list is already daunting, and I'm starting to feel overwhelmed without adding more to it. Vinae, this will be beautiful--don't stop hosting!!!

Here is my sample. I am not going to put the hands on it. If you want to put them on your block when you get it, feel free. That way you can have it be the time you want.
The first pic is what it will look like but I haven't stitched it down. I decided I don't like the gold trim on the bottom in the second pic, so I will not do that on the rest.

After looking at it, I may do a bit of tweaking. But it will mostly look like this. I may move the key down to center it next to the clock. I think the bottom needs something too. Hmmm.... I will try some things and see how it looks.

I'm thinking of either doing a chain with a key (if embroidery is okay) or maybe a puzzle with a key.

Vinae, I personally like the key where it is, It appears to 'balance' in the space it has been placed...

My clock will be at 5' 0 clock. Either way lower key or leave it, I like it. I will be working on mine this week.
