I'm so sorry Joyce to hear of your injury. Hope you are healing completely and soon back to enjoying some cotton time.

Marcia- Happy Stitching on your swaps. Hope you can find some time for February's blocks.

Today Rob was downgraded from ICU to CCU. We wi be here for hopefully only another 3-4 days if all goes well. Lots of numbers need to line up, breathing needs to get better, lung X-rays need to show less milkiness and home health care needs to be set up. After we come home it will be another 6 weeks for insides to heal complete .
Time flies when you are having Fun sooo ... We both want our own bed to sleep in.
How do I feel right now? 🤒😷😒🙁🤒

Yes I saw that, I told her to ask for home health nursing so there is some support for her. Sure wish I lived closer. That is what I do for a living. Currently have a bypass patient but only 2 vessels. As horrible as it is, his wife has Alzheimer's so doesn't understand but at the same time doesn't go through the fears and anxieties either. I know he has good insurance so I am sure it would be covered.

I really can wait until next year if I have too!

Home support and also N/S in a care home... I too wish I lived closer in order to be of help...

WE ARE HOME!!! LOL They kicked us out. Everything was accomplished. Tests finished and even doubled. Numbers were good and set as a baseline. Home health care will be set up tomorrow. To go to a nursing home you have to meet certain requirements and Rob far surpassed them. So we follow the list of things we need too do plus set up the tablet they gave us so they can monitor his progress and make any changes along the way. No driving for 6 weeks so I will be driving to UCLA on Feb 11th for the first follow up appt. I will try not to hover our walk on egg shells but it will be hard.

I have all the packages but exhausted from driving home with a cold and Rob in the backseat.

I will get to it tomorrow adder a few appt are set up..
