I'm excited! This one sounds like sooo much fun (and I own most, possibly all of the rulers!)

I have it on good authority that it will be 1 quilt a month and all of them are new.

I told Jerry I wanted this for Christmas too. It will be lots of fun.

So thinking about it - I too may have all of the rulers needed and then some!

I will be on the side lines I have most of the rulers but I'm sitting this one out I will be a watcher.

I have been buying El's rulers since 2005 so I know I have many of them.
Will we be able to see what she is making if we don't sign up for the BOM?

El's Block Party is shown on vimeo or ustream 'live' every month (both morning and evening classes) for those that sign up.

I will post YouTube links when they are uploaded (or when I remember to look for them!) Video can be found at www.quiltinaday.com two weeks after live performance.

Hopefully patterns will come early enough to also grab the correct rulers every month!! These are going to be 'Signature' Patterns (rather than a book). So you can always purchase the patterns separately if you can't sign up for Block Party. They are usually $9 each ($108 for all 12). Block Party sign-up is 50% off right now: $54.00--a great bargain, plus you'll get a discount on rulers if you're signed up!!! (still, I'm hoping I already have them.....)

I need some of your help. I am wondering how does this work?? If I sign up and pay $54 what to I get?? Do I get each month directions only, directions and fabric or is this $54 a month??? I understand that I will get a discount on the rulers but I am just not sure what the %54 dollars covers and at this price it sounds like really a good thing. if I do not get a month done by the next lesson, will I be kicked out and since I do not live close enough to attend, I will be able to see it on the stream live a few weeks after it posts, right?

Head is spinning don't know what to do, I want to quilt so badly, but I guess I need someone holding my hand so to speak. I thought this commitment my make me do it finally.

Can anyone explain how it works?
