Re: December 7th Opening Day
It sounds like it's a Wonderful Christmas here.
If you missed, I did get back here late yesterday and told y'all what a fantastic Secret Santa Tina is. I added to my original post.
Katy, my elf, I made the Christmas tree.
Many years ago my Sis-in-law gave me a similar tree. I have wanted to make some. It's one of those you remember you want to do, then slips your mind until something triggers the memory. Well,on our way to Texas we stopped to visit friends, who took us to Granbury. After the QS, we went to an Antique shop and I remembered. Found bed springs and making some trees.

Re: December 7th Opening Day
I didn't open mine until this morning so I could open in peace and quiet! Judy (Bluemoon) was my Secret Santa. What a treat to open my gift this morning. She was so generous. I can't post pics right now but will try to this evening when I get home from work.
She gave me:
A box of red hots (my fav!)
A box of small applique pins (yay)
Patterns for 2 table runners in Chevron design (my new favorite pattern)
Pattern for an applique quilt
Pattern for a quilt using quilters quarters
2 quilted hot pads (perfect for my kitchen which is blue)
Note cards
A pillowcase kit
Some fat quarters
Some fat eights to use in crazy quilting.
Judy, you were generous beyond belief. I think I had the best SANTA!
Thank you so much!
Debbie

Re: December 7th Opening Day
Finally got to open my Secret Santa box.......and it was awesome!!!!
Flo was my SS and she sent the most wonderful things. Along with a beautiful Christmas Card, there was a special Christmas mailbox. I had never seen one before and it is so special.....will become one of my forever decorations.
There were two great pattern that I have been wanting....a pin cushion and scrap bag in one....and the other pattern has.....a sewing machine mat, pincushion, and mini ironing boards. Can't wait till I have time to make them.......
There were also marking pencils, the cutest chicken pin cushion....and a very nice pair of embroidery scissors.
Last but not least, my all time favorite candy......Toffifay. It isn't always easy to find, but Flo found a huge box of it. Sadly, it won't last long......lol.....my guilty pleasure.
Thank you so much Flo for the wonderful box of gifts.....
And, many thanks to Mary for once again hosting another awesome Secret Santa.

Gee I don't know if I got the goat or not. My box says not to open until the 25th so I hope if ole Luke is in there, he can hang in there a couple more weeks. This could get interesting! Lol
