I got my October pattern in the mail. nice and early. I like getting them this way rather than a day or two before the airing.

El said she had finished writing 1000 pyramids pattern, or was it triangles--are triangles or tumblers this months pattern????

No pattern yet. I am so far behind need to get on these and get the past two months done LOL only have my dresden done

Hi Did they change the date of the next show my books say tomorrow but Sally has October 20

Nice catch--show is tomorrow--it was changed in August back to 'normal' second Tuesday but I forgot to change the dates here.

Sorry, your pattern did not come early--class is tomorrow so they are keeping up with the 'just a day or two' before the show!

Speaking of pattern--is it 1000 Pyramids (triangles?)

Izzy, you were right and I was wrong--El did show up at Block Party!!! She looked great! Any of you watching the evening show will have seen my quilt (sans border)--I'll post when I get the border finished and attached! I still need to make Crow's Nest and Arrow blocks.

Oh sally I fell asleep and then woke to go feed the boys LOL I didnt see it if at the end. I did see all the quilts at the beginning so beautiful:)

Pattern is the posey basket and square:) I am so far behind but plan to pull out fabrics to start catching up:)

I am so far behind, too...but I got my pattern for the next show today so I am getting motivated again.
The problem I have now is I don't have enough gingerbread fabric to finish my El's Kitchen Quilt and do this one...so I need to find another theme for this one....FAST...

I think I am going back to the solid black background with the solid colors..Amish Style..
I have the perfect backing for it...

I am fortunate to have authentic vintage solids for it..so I think they would be perfect..
