2015 Block Party Quilts from the Attic

New Block Party starting in July!! This will be 6 'vintage' style quilts. Can't wait!!
From Calendar:
Six month series $60 class fee. Join Eleanor Burns as she shares her passion for antique quilts. Over the years, her collection has grown into hundreds of beautiful quilts. Each month, she will share several vintage quilts, and tell stories about the women who made them. We'll focus on one or two antique quilts, that will include a detailed pattern and the modern directions you have grown to love.
Dates are July 7, Aug 11, Sept 8, Oct 13, Nov 10 and Dec 8

Same with me, Izzy...vintage was the seller...I have all my feed sacks and vintage fabrics ready....including a stash of vintage solids all pulled out and set aside for this...I am going to try to use all vintage......Sonya

I'm getting excited thinking about this!! Pulled out a bunch of my 1800s repros (but saving the Downton Abbey Dowager Duchess line for Farmers).
I might throw in some 'conversational' 1800s too! I've been collecting them, and collecting pictures of ones I have (and don't have, boohoo). Posted them on my blog, ozinc.blogspot.com
I LOVE 1800 conversationals!!!!! (I love 30s ones too, of course!)
