Hi Teresa, Been stash diving, found lots of scraps I can use. So now you can change me from "will see" status to "working on it" status. OK? I even found all kinds of whites, solid and WOW so think I might come up with a few blocks. Lets shoot for 2 and see how it goes.

It is now 4 am, was waiting on cat to come back in from brrrrry cold outside so decided to sit and chat a moment. Love this block. Such a pretty one. Hope it is easy to put together. Got lots of scraps to use up.

Oh Shirley Mae - I have been waiting patiently for the day you will join us for some FUN. Wonderful news that warms my heart!!! Oh my toes are so tickled they have me doing the Happy Dance!!!

I have been working on Irish's 2 quilts and trying to find my sewing table. DH used the scanner which meant everything on top of it went on my table plus all the after-the-holiday finds I found. Need to get that cleared off today so I can sew on some bindings, make my Lotto and SP blocks

Ok, my 4 blocks have been posted, plus your 6.5" gift block for being such a fabby 'lotto host'!!!!!

I have to say, this has been a lovely change after all the christmas blocks we've been making!
The bright colours have been a delight to work with, as we're having such dark dull weather over here in Scotland...

Teresa, I have the strip part done and the triangles cut and just getting ready to add the end pcs. But, I do not have a 12 1/2" ruler to do the pointy corners on the colored strippy ends. I am over thinking this whole thing, or stressing out, or tearing my hair out or something. HELLLLLLPPPPPP!

This is such a sweet little block and looks simple enough but I just can't seem to figure out how to finish it. I know it has to be larger than 12 1/2 but how do I get the pointy ends cut right? Some other ladies, thank you all, have tried to help with just putting strips together. I am NOT good at scrappy and really drives me crazy. I have way too many scraps to choose from.

Anyway, I will leave now and go look at that block again. But I am working on it. OK?
