Hello All!!!
In Honor of Mom's I have decided to let you all choose the type of block you would like to make using the following criteria ...
* Block size: 12.5"+ unfinished blocks
* Please WASH all Fabrics
* Your Main fabric (think of a bouquet of flowers) will be Medium size Flowers using Smaller Prints/TOT's for coordinating colors
* Colors: Different shades of Light to Medium/Dark - needs to have good contrasts.
* Not to Bright or to Dark
* PLEASE No NOVELTY or SOLIDS
* Please MEASURE to check the block size BUT DO NOT SQUARE THEM UP
* Please place all (name tag each block) blocks in ONE baggie
* Please SEND $2-$3 to help with shipping to Winners
* Please have them to me by the LAST DAY of the month.

Here are the ways to earn your tickets ...
* 1 ticket = Signups by 1st of April (no commitment obligation)
* 1 ticket = for each block
* 1 ticket = for every 4th block
* 1 ticket = if your fabric has any color Rose in it
* 2 ticket = if your blocks reach me by the 25th of April
* 1 ticket = if your blocks reach me by the last day of April
* 1 ticket = for Poetic bribes

ADDED BONUS - Project From The Heart ...
* 1 ticket for every 4 - (5"+ I Spy squares) to help Marcia make "I Spy" quilts for her DGK's

thanks for the boost teresa! thats a very nice gesture! a new joanns opened close to the house and this weekend was grand opening! this morning we took the boys there for a 'field trip'! i was pushing the cart w michael(18 mo old) in it. he kept wanting to touch the bolts of fabric and say 'soft'! also 'wellow'...his big bother johns favorite color! teaching these boys right...they love trips to the fabric store! marcia

Ok, I'm making a block from Quilter's Cache called
"Margaret's Choice"

My Mom's name was Margaret, so it's perfect way to honor her this Mother's Days.

I don't seem to be able to get anything to load on quiltercache this AM. The site loads but not the patterns?

Ok, blocks are loading now. Think I will do the Pennsylvania block since that is where my Mom was born. Oddly Mary, my Mom went by Margaret which was her middle name.
