February was a very good month. We have 1 Pal I haven't heard from and some packages that were delivered per tracking but have not hear from the Pal. So I am hoping that we can work on communication skills in the month of March. Otherwise we are doing GREAT!!!

1 - Consider calling QIAD to send a Gift Certificate for HER to use at a time when they are offering Free Shipping. Let them know to include a note that it is from your SP and add your name to it as well.
