Hello Pals -
I have been asked to give out names early for the months of September and (October - separate thread) as a few will be on vacation and would like to shop while away. So if you would like to join us for these months please PM me with your name and address and any information you would like your pal to have about you. It is never to late to join!
This thread is so much more than the gifts we send to each other. It is a way to show your pal how special she is. That she knows there is someone thinking of her throughout the month and gathering tidbits that will bring joy to her life at a time when she needs it most.
It is a commitment we make to each other. The anticipation of receiving a package at just the right time to make us feel special is a HUGE (((((HUG)))))).
All I ask is that you MAIL EARLY. So not wait till the end of the month and that you communicate with me so I can make sure your Pal knows that she has not been forgotten.
The hardest part of being the hostess of this thread is when you tell me you have not heard from your pal and it is the end of the month and I don't know why.
