Attention Lotto Ladies!!!!

Post by Caroline1947 » Sun Dec 28, 2008 2:53 pm

I have made the decision to not do the Lotto Drawings this year. I really have loved doing this, but Im just having some problems with my health, some family things, etc. Vicky ,(momof6quilts) will be taking over the Lotto. She has done this before,on another forum,so she will fill in easily. Thanks,Vicky!
I love you all and enjoyed seeing all your beautiful blocks.Thank you for the sweet hostess gifts. I will continue to watch this topic and will send in my blocks too!!! Love you all so much, Hugs, Caroline

Caroline, thank you for all your work this past year. It has been a lot of fun and I think many of us have learned to do blocks we would never even have thought of without the Lotto. And I even won one month! And now, Caroline, you'll be able to win, too!!!!!!!!!

Vicky, welcome as the new "lotto hostess". We'll look forward to the new challenges and new blocks. Oh, yes, I would be willing to win again!!!!!!

Hugs and thanks to both of you, carol/kittyquilt

Thank you so much for starting and making the Lotto so much fun for the last year and a half. You were so prompt in drawing and then sending the winners their blocks. I'm glad you are going to participate, so now you can win without feeling bad, not that any of us minded.

I agree with Kittyquilt, there were a few blocks that I would not have tried without the support of you and the other Ladies. I also won once and learned how to make runners. Now I can't seem to stop making them. LOL

Vicky, welcome and thank you so much for continuing our Lotto. I look forward each month to this block. It is only 2 or 4 blocks and not real expensive to send out.

Caroline, thanks for getting the lotto started up. I had a lot of fun participating, and I'll look forward to doing it again, when time allows. Making 2-4 blocks is good practice time and a good "sanity" project, when I need to sew for stress relief but don't have a project going.

Caroline, you take extra-good care of yourself, be well, and keep stitching!

I look forward to seeing what Vicky has up her sleeve!

Thank you Caroline for what you've done this past year. I hope all goes well with you in the next year. Thank you to Vicky for taking over as our hostess. I agree too I have enjoyed doing this lotto and it is certainly good practice.

Caroline, take care of yourself, and Vicky thank you for taking it over.
I have only participated a couple of times, but enjoy looking at the blocks and getting new ideas.
