Lotto Block question for you...
I have a proposal for you all to consider. If in the future there are a lot of quilt blocks( say more than enough for a bed quilt, with enough for a wall hanging left)how would you feel about a first place winner, and a second place one for the wall hanging blocks??? If so I would only require one more stamp for the second winners postage. This is just an IDEA,up for discussion, and you can mull it over. I just thought with such a large turn out it might be kind of fun.Let me know how you all feel. I know you are a loving and sharing bunch, so I thought I would toss the idea out there. We could determine how many for a regular quilt as a guideline, and anything over would go to the second winner. In put please?? Hugs, Caroline

HUMMMMM?
Finger patting on side of head, hummmm!? How many blocks total do you get each month , just idea count? Some do 1 some three , don't sound too bad of an idea.
Pat
give me update on it too. I jumped a month last time and sent you extra stamps , does that count for anything? HEE hee HINT HINT

That ups the odds of winning! Yeah!
Also, you could separate according to fabric color - some blocks go better together than other.
For instance: You might have 20 blocks done in 1930's reproduction fabric. Or 15 batiks or 18 very bright colors. Just an idea.

I think, if there are enough blocks for a bed quilt with extra blocks for a wall hanging then it would be fine to have a 2nd place winner.

I had thought of that myself... I know that if I won 60 blocks, like I think is the amount already signed up for this month, I wouldn't know where to begin! So, splitting them would be fine by me--- like Evie said, it would increase the odds of winning and double the fun!

I think it is a wonderful idea. As long as it doesn't create extra stress (sorting them out) for you Caroline. But like Evie said, at least two people could look forward to winning so it would be twice the fun.
Have Fun,

That's an idea. I'll go along with whatever the group decides. How big is bed quilt considered to be and how big is a wall hanging considered? I might just win something that way. I actually was crossing my fingers for Maryq this month also.
