Thank you Thank you Thank you to Joyce!!! I opened the most wonderful box of goodies. I got some beautiful fabric, a mug, chocolate Santa, some lotion, Note Cards, a Journal, and a Note pad. This has been the most fun! When my DS comes by, I will try to post a picture.

Thank you,Thank you Secret Santa!!!!!
My Secret Santa was Life is Grand (Marcia)
I had six wrapped packages, one in a very large handmade stocking.
The first package I opened was the log cabin Christmas Tree Wallhanging Book that she purchased at the AQS show in Des Moines.
Package two was a large package of dark chocolate Dove. I love chocolate.
The third package was two books by Nova Roberts, "Rising Tides" and "Honest Illusions." Good author.
Package four was third knitting patterns and a handmade dishrag.
I am not sure what was in each of separate packages of 5 and 6, so I will tell you what was in both. I got a package of bobbin buddies, one yard of blue on blue tone blend (blue is my favorite color), a pattern called "Crossroads" for a tabletopper and a lap quilt pattern called "Good Fortune."
Along with my Christmas card, Marcia send me a Seamstree Angel Pin--really cute, a long letter and a picture of herself. That was really nice to see who sent me all the goodies.
Thanks again.
I hope my Secret Santa enjoys her gifts as much as me.

WOW you guys!!!
Sure looks like you've had a wonderful REVEAL DAY!!!
I hope you've all had fun today and that your packages brought you lots of joy--both receiving and sending.
There's a few of you out there, that I am sorry to say have not received anything. I'm checking my list and trying to follow up and see how everybody is doing. As I have posted under "Secret Santa Glitches" please PM me if you have NOT received a package!
Merry Christmas to all

Re: Secret Santa REVEAL DAY
I opened my package from sewcarolyn this morning. I will try and post a picture tomorrow.(camera batteries are dead) I received the most wonderful gifts. A Mickey mouse ear snowman with my name sewn in the back. A string of little gifts, included are rotary cutter blades, pins, a folding seam ripper, 2 1/2 square up, slip grips, three fat quarters, then a Kaleido Ruler (how did you know I wanted this????) Then the most wonderful cookie recipe book! I just love it! It has a recipe for Friendship in it:
2 cups of patience
1 heart full of love
2 handfuls of generosity
2 cups of loyalty
1 cup of understanding
A dash of laughter
Mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle generously over a lifetime and serve everyone you meet and she adds in person and on line!
Yes, I have found many a great friend on line and sewcarolyn you're one of them!

Vicky I am glad you enjoyed your gift. I loved having a reason to go to Downtown Disney and get the hat
. Snowmen are so cute. The recipe book is fun to make I am glad you liked it. You are such a talented quilter I wanted to give you something non-quilty that I made. The ruler was a last minute addition I guess you must have been wishing hard ...
Now on to my gift I took a photo and wow...I was spoiled. the set of Laurel Burch Bountiful Blessings F4s are wonderful, the patterns are perfect (or should I say Sew Purrfect), and the fabric to make the Scrap Sack will look lovely, and the green fabric...is perfect for a project I have planned for the new year, Love the red/black pins and the little ruler and the needles and bobbin case...wow........ The Snowman Pincushion is almost too cute to use, and the candle is sitting on my hearth now. oh almost forgot love the little bag from the quilt shop in Virginia, what a great idea I will use it for future shop hops!

This was fun...even if I was stressing about picking the right things to send

Re: Secret Santa REVEAL DAY
Denise, (doucefleur) you are the bestest Secret Santa ever! I absolutely love all of the goodies and the thought that you put into my gifts.
I got such a cute wallhanging to make up, a handmade sewing case, (complete with goodies in each pocket), a handmade yellow & blue case for holding my crochet hooks (how did you know I needed one!), three beautiful fat quarters and a pair of folding scissors. And best of all? she embroidered me a flamingo square that I can put in a frame or make a wallhanging with borders on it. I love it!!
Thanks again, you're put a very nice smile in my heart!!
