OUCH....Jacquie, I have had nightmares about that. I bought one of those years ago. I love it, but it always scares me to use it! Hope you don't miss that sliver of skin! LOL Get better soon.

i'm very annoyed with myself!!

Jacquie, OUCHIE!!!!! Heal quickly! :o)

I have all of mine printed but I'm sure I wont be able to start on them until after the 1st of the year :o( I have so many things I'm trying to do and getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas....wowzer! I need a clone LOL but I'll hopefully get it all together, I just have to stay off the computer pretty much until I can get a handle on everything :o(

what do you think about taking off the names & blocks, and starting this up again so we can do a name each month again?

this is such a lovely BOM, it's a shame not to do it properly... you've worked 'sew' hard on this sew along!! it deserves better!!!
now that the 3 block swaps are out of the way we can really concentrate on this sew along!!

just a thought, love jacquie xxxxx

I was hoping this one would get finished and then life and a new boss got in the way. I have absolutely no blocks completed, printed or anything else so starting up after the first of the year would be a brand new BOM for me. I am hoping that after the new year life calms down some and work goes back to a real 8 hr day with weekends off.

I've printed the blocks, but I haven't gotten started. I feel badly about this, as I had sew much fun on the sewalong last year. I got involved in too many others this year, I guess. I do want to do this eventually. Sampler quilts are so pretty and I don't get tired of making one block.

I see where Sonya thought of an Amish style quilt--I do love how the black background makes the colors pop...

Hoping that you will all complete yours and I'll see pictures and get loads of inspiration!

Good luck to everyone on getting their quilts completed!!!
