Chriss...I won't be in Fish Camp until May so nope we can't wait until then to swap. We are camping in a National Forest there Memorial Day weekend. We couldn't get into the park itself even though we tried to make reservations 2 hours after the reservation period opened. With the rock slides they closed part of Camp Curry so there are fewer slots and we didn't think about that.
We are probably camping where your Dad worked
Izzy made the reservations so I can't remember the name of the campground, it starts with an "S"

Abbigail, she should've rec'd it by now, right? I know Michell06H is packing to move. I'd hate to have to bother her for a DC #.
Yes, most everyone is doing a great job of keeping it below the 4day maximum. When the rules are followed, these things can be fun! If there is enough interest, I think we can continue this again. What say you all?
Keep stitchn,
Jan

Oh. I'm sorry Jan. I don't have any issues. I only wanted to know if we were going to have a fourth round. I received and shipped a long time ago and it's already moved a few times since then. I'm having to much fun with this!

I believe it came today! My kids are just drooling to know what's in there...I told them probably books and they dropped their heads in disgust! I am waiting to open it until they go to bed...I have homework to do first. Its killing me! I will post later, I have to turn in a report tonight to my boss about our staff meeting. bbl

Re: White Elephant - Round 3
you're right Abbigail, this is fun.... and it amazes me how I find stuff for the box each time... I wonder if that means I have too much stuff???.... nawww, couldn't be
Carolyn, I won't wait till your camping trip
Itchin... I think there needs to be a new rule.... when you get the box you have to tear it open and excitedly run to your computer and report what you are taking... to heck with home work and to tell the kids it's just books.... ugh...
Can't wait to hear your "homework report" Michelle....lol

Muahahaha! (evil laugh)
I sent the kids to early showers! It was killing me! There is all kinds of cool things in there!
Here's what I took:
lots of fabric! I took xmas panels from quiltfan60, fq's and asian fabric from jill, blocks from itchin, fq's from michelle; a triangle ruler from jill (never had a triangle ruler!), rotary blade from michelle. I'm going to copy some of the smaller patterns and I'm debating on a few of the books. I like the play quilts, but I don't know if I can make 3-D animals, and I'm liking the older QIAD books because I don't have those.
Muahahahah! Here's what I've put in SO FAR....
Quilter magazine (older issues), rotary cut book, some smaller notions, something my kiddo made
, a small box for bobbins, and some fabric. whew! I might need a bigger box....muahahahaha!

LOL...You're ALL nuts! I love the evil laugh too. Abbigail, no issues here either. It's going great this time around. That new rule is AWESOME! I might have to figure out how to put it in there.
