I too am okay with duplicates of the fabric blocks the participants sent in....no need to spend time cutting fabric from your stash is you would rather not. It is entirely up to you, Susan. I think it would be safe to say that we are an easy bunch to get along with and we would go along with whatever you decide. Thanks for the work you put into this swap! Hugs~Marcia

I don't mind duplicates from the swap either. These tone on tone will be useful in many different projects.

Hey, they are already cut up. I always have on hand a goodly stack of tone on tones that I use in everything from applique to piecing. ( I pair them with prints when I make 2-1/2 square charm quilts the Billie Lauder way. I usually sew a few together when I'm working on other stuff and before I know it, I have a whole box full.
I am looking forward to using some other fabrics for a change. I used up most of the charms from all the other 5" square exchanges.

Scrappie66...... What is the "Billy Lauder Way" you mentioned? I've seen her pattern for log cabin blocks put together to form a picture, like a butterfly or a object. I have a lot of HST so am interested in what she says to do with them.
