majik47, what a mess you've been dealing with! How awful your sewing room was damaged. I hope no one was injured. We lost half of our big pine tree during last Thursday's storm and had to have the rest cut down. I now have lots more light in my sewing room but it's a lot hotter in there. I hated that big old tree but I miss it!

I spent yesterday morning cutting out templates and fabric to make the (4) applique blocks. I'm doing two of each block, so I'll end up with two quilts, one to keep and one to give away, but it's hard to keep up making two of everything! Especially these snowmen blocks.

Geeze, I am now 2 blocks behind again. Will try to get caught up this week. Had an attic window laid out on the design wall but it just wasn't talking to me, so I took it down. Need to rethink the fabrics. Everyone's blocks are really pretty. Getting inspirations from them.

I'm not doing the applique, I skipped a couple of blocks, and I'm still 3 blocks behind. At least two of them are cut out. I am wondering what the next block will be.
