Martha, I got TWO packages! You were waaayyy too generous!
Yes, I did get the package from QIAD, and I love it! I have always wanted to get Eleanor's Trip Around the World, but it was such a surprise to get it in the mail when I didn't order it.
) And I was really confused because all they wrote on the order form was that it was from my 'forum secret sister.' It was Monday or Tuesday when we checked the mail and found the package. But it was the Monday or Tuesday AFTER another package was hand delivered to my house!!!On the Friday before Mother's Day, a gift bag of goodies was left by my front door by Martha! I'm so sorry I wasn't around to answer the door!!! After putting two and two together, I realized she lives north of Sacramento and must have been headed south to Fresno to visit her daughter - and I'm smack in the middle off Highway 99. I'm only a mile from the freeway, so she brought my SP gift straight to my door.
)Martha, you really went overboard making sure I was spoiled this month. She made one of the Mason jar pincushions and filled the jar with pins. There were some charms and 2 1/2 strips from her fabric, a couple of transfers for quilt labels, an Idea Book (catalog) from Close to My Hearts stamp company with lots of great ideas for scrapbooking, Avon lotion and lip balms, some M&Ms (mmmm), a couple of other tiny things, AND a ready-to-sew potholder with a hand-embroidered Sunbonnet Sue on the front!
