Oh, and Mary, you would have had the package sooner if I hadn't had one of THOSE days. First off it was raining for several days and I didn't want to go out. Then I finally remembered to take your envelope with me when I ran errands on a dry day and got to the post office too late. The next time I went out, I hurried off to the post office with just enough time to get there before they closed - I grabbed my keys and the package, and arrived just in time. Only to realize in the rush I forgot my purse. So with no money (or driver's license), I had to just drive home very carefully and go back the next day. Yea! That time I remembered to take the money so I could actually send you the SP package instead of just watching it sit at my house.

THERESA,
I RECIEVED MY PACKAGE YESTERDAY,3/26 from Bethstreet. Everything was perfect. Charm pack, easter fabric, x-stith egg, egg kit for easter, lip balm, dream catcher,crossword book. I am sure I have forgotten something. Oh yes...........CANDY............... sugar free thank -you.

March Madness in CA!!! No not basketball, this madness is in the form of storms, computers and servers who refuse to play nice during the lighting we have been having!!
First and foremost, thank you Judy for my wonderful secret pal gift filled with sweet treats, fabric treasures and a darling note pad that my daughter is still trying to talk me out of :-)
Due to the storm, I lost access to my QIAD account and was just able to get back to names and messages. Thanks to Theresa for sending a message to my personal email account and to my BFF, Karen for loaning me her IPAD with 3G so I can stay in touch until the whole server/laptop issue can get perm fixed on payday. Hope my secret pal enjoys her special package, sorry for the delay. From now on I print out the address as soon as it comes so I can put the finishing touches into the package and get it mailed ASAP even if the computer gremlins attack again LOL happy stitching to all. I came home to a wonderful surprise last night after a long long month. Waiting in my mail box was a package from my SP Teresa! In it was the latest Easy Quilts magazine, El's Pinwheels and Rectangles pattern, a Sister applique, some sharps (I love these for sewing on binding), a QIAD DVD (first one I have ever had!), a color wheel, some flower seeds and plant food, the QIAD stuff (can't think of what it's called right now) to make a Cherry wreath block and several fabrics. I am thinking I need to audition the larger green pieces for the binding on my Irish chain quilt. That was one of those DUH moments when I went fabric shopping. Forgot all about the binding.

I cannot tell you how much this package really perked me up. I won't go into details but life has not been a silver platter lately. Came real close to throwing in the towel several times this month but we are past the hard part (I hope!) and things seem to be a little more promising. With prayer and God's love we will thrive. Thanks so much Teresa for your package and the wonderful gift of friendship.

You are Very, Very Welcome Val - The Voice told me you needed an extra boost of "Pal Time". I am so glad all the goodies perked you up and will give you some bright moments. These are the times we really need each other to hang on to so stick close. You have lots of Angels here for you!!!

Judith is visiting her Mom in NC but called her DD who in turn let her know it was delivered.
She will open it when she gets home :)

I just got home and Had a package waiting here from my sp..Debi Thank you so much..How did you know I needed a 60* triangle? I love the tissue holder and the green fabrics and the measuring tape..the sewing kit will come in handy I put it in my purse..thanks again Debi. Happy Easter. Love Judithlucille
