I am back.

My package was sent, and a letter to my Secret Pal. Am so sorry for keeping you guys in the dark the last week or so. There's been a few things going on.

Mary Q, Thank you so much. The package from you really cheered me up. I have to say, I saved it for a couple days, untill I had the time to sit down for a few mintues and savor the opening and discovery. I couldn't figure out how you knew me so well for my tool kit, untill I looked back at my hints about myself. I must have been in a sassy mood that day. I got a redneck tool kit all in it's own little tie on tool belt/apron. With girlie patterned duck tape in it! The fabrics in the cute little box were right up my alley, and hoe did you find all that note paper in different types all with my name on them? I love the little bag for it. I especially love the note you sent with it. I think the most fun part of these exschanges are the notes we get from each other. Thank you, Marry Q, and I am very sorry I didn't thank you sooner.

I probably won't be on much, as I work F/S/S nights, too. So, have a good weekend, everybody! Pam

So glad you got a chance to open your package. I do love trying to find just the right things for my Pals! I have a tool belt I made for myself too.. trimmed with lace and sparkly beads!

The paper with your name on.. I make that on my 'puter.. cuz I have TONS of graphics! I love doing that kind of stuff!

No one has checked the mail for three days around here, so I just discovered a package from Pat/grannysparlor! Thank you, Pat!

She sent me two green fat quarters, a cute notepad, a chalk cartridge set for marking, and a two-sided case with colored things that clip on safety pins for basting and some teeny tiny scrunchies for bobbins. I'm really looking forward to using the chalk marker - I've never had one. And those colored things for safety pins will come in handy next time I pin-baste a quilt (which I hope will be soon-ish).

HAHAHA Donna you are so cute...the dental hubby would have been happy to deliver it for you but had a good chuckle when I read the back of the package to him... Thank you so much for another wonderful secret pal package!! I love ,love. love the mug rug... Its too pretty to put a mug on but I will find a good place for it where i can see your talents. I love the asian fat quarters, the moon and my mind has gone blank what else was on the heads of that package of pins, I really needed some new pins so thank you. I will look forward to using the eye mask when I can relax and enjoy it.. I am going to need to do that with a new grand child coming and a wedding with two big receptions here and in Utah ( the grooms parents are in the asia area presidency so they wont get here until shortly before the wedding) and add to this my sister has 2 of her kids getting married the two weekends before my daughter.... so we are going to need to relax a LOT !! thanks again. It was fun to receive!
