WOW! I rec'd my secret pal package today. Let me just say two things -- WOW! and Thank YOU!

I really got a kick out of the leather thimble! I will certainly put it to use when I start putting bindings on soon.

Also, I don't know where you got that Fairy frost, but oh man! I'm lovin it. Teal and purple in a fairy frost! COOOL.

And, a woman can never have enough M&M's!

Thanks so much for telling me a little about you too. It is so nice to hear how others are doing.

You're so welcome, Jan! I'm glad it got there quick. I enjoyed putting it together, but the teal & purple was a challenge until I realized I had that FF fabric-I thought you would love that! I think you got overlooked last month from your July SP so I tried to make it up to you a little by adding some extra goodies in there; I hoped it worked.

I want so very much to thank Bea(from Washington state, do not have your user name) for my secret pal gift. I love the fat quarters, the marker, needle threader and the "I am the cure key chain", that is so really neat. Also, I enjoyed your letter so very much, and envy you, your "sewing room". I'm sure most of us would love to have it. Thanks so much Bea, I appreciate your gifts. Linda

OH BOY... Oh Happy Day! I got my secret pal gift from Judy today---all my favorite things. A couple blue/yellow FQ's, a little tape measure--perfect for in the purse, post it notes, a darling table runner pattern (just perfect for a runner I want to make for Thanksgiving) and some mints!! Which I LOVE because they are great for at work!!!

Hmmm a little worried! USPS says mine was delivered at 3:45 PM on August 13... but I haven't heard my Pal got her prizes... I hope she liked 'em and they made it safe!

my sp gift was mailed this morning to ca. so i have been busy with last minute to do list around here as my dh hip replacment surgery is monday sorry its gonna arrive a little late but its on its way pleASE REMEMBER TROY IN YOUR PRAYERS AS THIS HIP REPLACMENT IS A big DEAL since he already has to artifical arms just hope he will bounce back soon from this glenda (ollie1shoe)
