Thanks, Vinae....I will be doing a lot of machine appliqué practice over the next few months so I become better and more confident...if I end up joining the SBS swap I am going to have to get a lot better at it..I have no choice with that swap.
Hopefully I will be able to get one of these together this weekend...
I do want everyone to know that if they choose not to use my block in their overall quilt I will understand, I really will...
I plan on using a few of them (including mine) for small table mats or a small wall hanging...

Pictures will be posted when I get my top together...I need a summer throw..the only thing is I am seriously thinking I will need to "antique" it (overdye it with a coffee, cinnamon and cranberry oil stain....to go with my decor...I really want this one for ME...
So I pray I do not offend anyone if I choose to do that....Sonya. (I am dyeing fabric this week and weekend for other projects so now would be the perfect time to do the whole throw top....)

Sonya, it's your quilt, you tweek it how you like it I'm not a coffee aroma fan but the cinnamon and cranberry sounds really yummy to be smelling while it's antiquing I'm really excited to see your finished top all antiqued up You go girl!

I checked the tracking # for mine indicates that the customs clearance processing is complete. I should receive my package sometimes next week. Can't wait to get it!
