I shouldn't have done this block when I was feeling down but here it is. I'm going to describe it as child-like & whimsical, which is sounds better than crooked & sloppy! Sometimes the harder I try the worse it gets. But I did sew a little so maybe I'll want to work on some more blocks today.

I think I see a pattern immerging. I only have enough fabric left to do a few more blocks so I am thinking a 3 X 5 block arrangement. I was thinking of maybe 2 Overall Sam blocks for the bottom corners or 1 Sue and 1 Sam each in the top and bottom rows. The fabric on the bottom right is my border (and maybe lattice) fabric.
