I have decided paper piecing is not my friend.

I was busy making my own valentine blocks and didn’t get around to checking everybody else’s until now. My gosh, there are some gorgeous books here. Tina, your paper pieced lacey blocks are so romantic. Kathy, I love your paper pieced ones. Chriss, You’ve got the cozy traditional look all wrapped up. Lyn, I love your hearts within hearts. And Mary Q, as always, you come up with something new and amazing! I’m really going to cross my fingers for this one!

I plan to get mine in the mail tomorrow.

I did care for paper piecing until I took a class. Now I really like it. I just had to learn the right way to do it.

Chriss, mine are paper pieced. The pattern is in Quilts Through the Seasons and it's really explained well if you want to try it.

Tina, I have that book. I will check it out. I found so many house and other building blocks and heart blocks when I was looking for the bunny block for the Easter swap.
