I'm making a quilt to take to the beach with mine. I'm going to use the same pattern as the Pastel Party. Then make it reversible by putting this panel on the back.

Over in photos, Gmaann has posted a quilt with a very interesting sashing. It might be a nice one for our blocks since it will showcases each motif.

I've been seeing some of the *cutest* quilts made with appliqued flip-flops on them. I think I may try to incorporate a few pairs of flip-flops in my beach quilt! One that I saw also had some sunshades as well... One more idea...
