I just got home from shopping for fabric. These are a few of my choices for this swap. I'm waiting for an order from Hancock's so might take out the blue one.

Can I still get in on this swap? I have been wanting to make a Summer Porch Quilt.

Ooh, Oasis, I really like your blue one. I hope you don't take it out.

Oasis and Littlebit - your fabric is stunning!

I don't know what the postage rates will be when I mail the charms back. But, I imagine they will weigh each one to make sure it's got the right amount on them.

So it would be alright to go ahead and mail them to you if we stick an extra dollar or 2 in with them to pay for the extra postage? I'm afraid I will think I mailed them in and then find them later after the swap is over!!! ~Abbigail~

If you want to mail them ahead of time, go ahead. I know what you mean about getting things done and out of the way.

Don't worry about sending extra money along. I don't think the increase will be that high.

Have I got everybody's name up there that asked to join? We now have 29 participants (counting me). Should I close it at 30?

You will still send in only 20 bags. Each bag has 3 charms in it so it works out to be 60 charms each. This looks like a really nice variety of florals. And I get first look - well, except for the pictures posted! LOL

Are most people hoping for bright/pastel/muted fabrics that are springy/summery, or just flowery fabrics that are not pale? I went looking for fabrics and couldn't decide. I found a really pretty bright purple flower on an a blue-black background, but I'm afraid it may be too dark. (If I knew how to do digital pictures and post them I would do it, but I'm challenged that way.) Should I stay away from the really dark backgrounds?
